The vineyard stretches over 25 hectares all in one piece classified in A O C : Rivesaltes, Muscat de Rivesaltes and Côtes du Roussillon.

  The vineyard is located on clayey stony and sandy terraces in “ Les Aspres “with a low yield ,no more 35 hl/ha..

  Planting is only constitued by Mediterranean grape varieties as: Mourvèdre, Syrah, Carignan to yield red wines, robust and spicy; Grenache and Muscat d’ Alexandrie reveal honey aromas ,candied fruits and citrus fruits,for exceptional natural sweet wines.

 Vines are ploughed and are pruned with the gobled method to two buds.

 Pierre Escudie (the winegrower) vinifies each parcel separately depending on the type of wine he intends to make .The wine is estate-bottled.
