The restaurant  “Auberge du Domaine de Nidolères” is 15 years old opened ; catalan traditional cooking is

associated with wineyards wines and also the “friends wines”.

 Is located in the heart of the state in a very privileged setting with an unobstructed view opened to the “Albères”mountains. 

 Garlic and olive oil are used in most of the dishes .The menu is contrasted between
the dishes “land and sea”, and the bitter-sweet sauces.
